Villa Casa Di Monte is an ancient 19th century farmhouse in the heart of Tuscany, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Recently renovated, the villa has retained its original structure, with terracotta floors and ceilings with exposed beams.

The villa, arranged on two levels for a total of 240 square meters, consists of two adjacent but not communicating apartments and can accommodate a maximum of 12 people.
On the ground floor of the first apartment you will find kitchen/dining room, living room with fireplace, 1 double bedroom with single sofa bed for children/teens, 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom, 2 bathrooms with shower, a veranda that can be used both in summer and winter.

On the ground floor of the second apartment you will find a second kitchen with dining table, a second living room with fireplace and a toilet (WC, bidet and sink).
Upstairs in the second apartment you will find 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with queen size bed, 1 bathroom with shower.
