Villa Cozzani

An ancient stone villa, elegantly restored, 900 meters away from the center of Montepulciano, offers exclusive stays in apartments, rooms and suits, surrounded by nature, among the olive trees, cypresses and vineyards.

It is a country house in ancient stone and its origins date back to the medieval times.  The precious garden has over 2,000 rose bushes that frames the precious botanical garden around the Villa.

The swimming pool with its distinctive shape and finish, is naturally integrated into the landscape giving you realxing moments by the Tuscan flavour.

Breakfast is entirely homemade with cakes and pies prepared fresh and a fine selection of honey and jams which are prepared from a lot of years with the sweetes fruit of our plants.

Each apartment has a large whirlpool baths and showers, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchens, air conditioning, satellite TV, wi-fi.
The furnishings in Tuscan style, with solid walnut and chestnut wood from the original pieces restored to art. Each bathroom is handmade by high quality materials, the chandeliers with exclusive design are made by master glassmakers of Murano. In the suites and apartments lies fireplaces with exclusive design, made with stones and centuries-old juniper logs.

In the large nature park furnished with tables and chairs you can use our big barbecue and pizza oven.
