Villa Poggio al Vento

Stunning historical Villa located just 10 km from the city centre of Florence.

The building of 300 square meters currently consists of 2 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom, 1 full bathroom and 2 half bathrooms (no shower), fully equipped kitchen, 2 large living rooms.

The location of the property echoes the typical layout of the Florentine country houses.

This historical Villa benefits from original antique terracotta floors and rooms with beautiful ceilings and panoramic views over the surrounding hills. The property is not equipped with air conditioning but the large walls allow to maintain a pleasant temperature even during summer.

Lovely garden well-kept and embellished with impressive potted lemon trees and typical Tuscan plants. An external area is equipped and dedicated to lunches and dinners outdoors.

Furthermore, in the garden of the property there is a private consecrated chapel, an intimate location where it is also possible to host, upon request, weddings and ceremonies.

The historic center of Florence is easily accessible even without using the car as the terminus of the tramway (Villa Costanza) can be reached in just 5 minutes, park your car there for free and enjoy the visit of the historic center without having to reach it by car and pay the parking fee of the garage.
